I assume you refer traditional GTA games as to from GTA 3 to GTA 5 (third-person perspective). Don´t forget that GTA 1 and GTA 2 were like Chinatown Wars (top perspective) and they can be considered to be traditional too.

It wont come to Wii U, but i think a port wouldnt be that big a gamble, i fully believe they would profit from it. With all the money they made from the PS360 versions, i think they should test the water and give Wii U a go, it wouldnt be a huge disaster.
