What makes you think Titanfall will be a huge franchise ? It looks like crap.

PS3 vs Xbox360 console race had many gamer's who had both systems and would at times have to choose which game they would get for either console.
So is that gone now with XboxOne vs PS4 ?

I think the OP means Xbone vs PS4 only... not what the Titanfall will do on 360 and PC.

different genre games different fanbase, and totally different on the hype train, Infamous is a decent franchise and it will sell well being exclusive and launch window still but its not ever going to be a huge game.

The notion those 2 games effect each other even in the X1 vs PS4 scenario is frankly just not true.

 

This whole Infamous vs Titanfall debate thats been going on is nothing more than console warrior dick measuring contests. The games are on different consoles, are different genres, have a different player focus, one is only multi while the other is only single, and are targeting totaly different markets.

The whole debate is rediculous. The two games will have exactly 0% impact on each other sales.
