Yup, just saw that it says it includes "downloadable versions".
Also, if they include digital with shipped, that can't be correct... Manufacturers don't always use shipped-only figures (they're perfectly capable of getting sales numbers for their own products), and if they're including digital, digital is a "sold" unit. Combining sold and unsold units wouldn't be professional, no?
I think those numbers are actual sales, versus "shipped"... I could be wrong, but nothing screams "shipped" in that document... And they have to be pretty clear about stuff like that for financial reports...

Unless quoting a tracking service, publishers are quoting shipped numbers because they're unable to track their own sales. This is why they pass hundreds of thousands of dollars to NPD, chart track, etc.

That's what I was referring to: they're perfectly capable of getting "sold" numbers from a tracking service, why would they combine shipped from manufacturer with digital (sold) numbers? It seems illogical to combine sold and unsold units. Either way, I guess it doesn't really matter at this point, at least there are official numbers to reference when someone goes "ZOMGZ KNACK OUTSOLD SM3DW LAWLS WII U SUCKS!!!", lol
