How much will "X"sell if released this year? If it's as good or better than Xenoblade Chronicles, it will no doubt sell minimum of 1 million lifetime. Personally, I think it can be capable of selling about 500,000- 800,000 by the end of this year. Anyone want to be optimistic and say 1 million by Dec 31 2014?

It depends on what time of the year it comes out.

I guess it should do really well. If released mid November latest, it can - no doubt - do minimum 500k. If there will be some ads and some hype - and i guess, especially hype will be there - it can do more.
I think 500k-750k is a very safe thing if it is released for holiday season.

Nintendo themselves will make sure it does not sell.
