Forums - General - Are "Weight Gainer" a healthy way to build up ?

Hey everyone, lately I've started working out. It's been over 6months and yet no major notable change. I'm skinny to average 60kg and I'm 1'80".

Even though I may eat a lot of food, I never grow muscles or get fat, certainly a genes effect, none of my parents are fat or neither my entire family. So I thought of using some Weight Gainer products, but I hear they may have side effects depending on brands. So do you guys use some ? What are the most reliable brands you know ? Please, share your thoughts..

Instead of seeking to convince others, we can be open to changing our own minds, and seek out information that contradicts our own steadfast point of view. Maybe it’ll turn out that those who disagree with you actually have a solid grasp of the facts. There’s a slight possibility that, after all, you’re the one who’s wrong.

It's a great way to optimize your girth
