I went with Super Smash Bros., Melee and Brawl scored 92 and 93 from what I'm seeing so far I think SSB4 will live up to those games. The unknown factor comes from how reviewers will react to whatever will replace Sub Space Emissary.
Also, if there's an Uncharted game this year, it has very good chances at being the top rated game of 2014.

Most antecipated games: Mario Kart 8 and Warlords of Draenor.
Destiny but SSS4 have a lot of chance too.
Titanfall will receive lower scores because the lack of content.
Asuming it is coming this year, I am going with X.. The game simply looks so awesome. It also got tons of positive reactions.

I've a sneaking feeling either Infamous or Destiny will be the highest rated this year.
