My thoughts are that if they are cancelling the Wii U version, it's going to be because the game that ends up elsewhere will not be worth getting (the Aliens: Colonial Marines scenario). I mean, the game was delayed and we haven't seen much in the way of footage, and what early footage we saw of the PS3/360 version was not all that encouraging.
I'm beginning to have a subtle suspicion that the game might just suck, or, if not suck outright, be *very* rough around the edges in its implementation.
