It's a $10 credit for xbl purchases. Once purchased a code will be given to you instantly on your Amazon account and email. Enter the code on your account. $10 will be added to it. Gold cards can be purchased and redeemed the same way

Thank you very much. This is certainly useful info, since GAME stores over here tend to overprice XBLA Points and Gold Cards :D
