But I do recommend Project X Zone, and the definitive version of Metal Gear Solid 2 & 3.

But yeah, we can easily pick way more better games then that, like Kid Icarus: Uprising & Resident Evil: Revelations definitive single player campaign version & Kingdom Hearts 3D & Mario Kart 7 & CastleVania Lords of Shadow 1.5 & Luigi's Mansion: Dark Moon & Lego City Undercover prequel & Cave Story 3D & Shinobi 3DS & Sega 3D Classics virtual console & Beyond the Labyrinth & E.X. troopers & Zone of the Enders 3 &Tales of the Abyss definitive version & Fire Emblem: Awakening & Liberation Maiden & Dillon's Rolling Western & Ketzal's Corridors & Rodea the Sky Soldier & King of Pirates (trilogy) & Monster Hunter 4 & Code of Princess 2 & Shin Megami Tensei 4 & Bravely Default & Persona Q & etc. etc. etc., when it comes to 3DS games.
