i don't either (well, 2nd wk purchase), and as I said in another thread, I've already invested over $1500 in U so far.  But you have to admit, that had to be one of, if not the worst 1yr "headstarts" in the history of gaming.  So utterly pointless, and in fact Ninty lost money.  I get that OG Wii was dead, but since your OS is not ready, eshop sloppy and unorganized, and you are following that whole skip-a-gen console power attitude, they should have waited until '13 to have everything (including moar powar) at its best.

I've been enjoying mine almost daily since launch.  The library it has now certainly helps and as long as the games keep coming, it'll only get better.

There was hardly anything good announced 14 months ago, you only really had Mario (a HD reskin of the Wii version), ZombiU and Nintendoland. What were you playing during the drought?  Why not buy when these prospective games are released and the WiiU was at a cheaper price? I bought my Wii U when Windwaker HD released and when the drought was over.

I will not bother even looking at the Wii U until it's 150 dollars and zelda u is out with a majoras mask remake and possibly new IP that is an adventure WRPG

I feel bad for the guys who purchased this day one.

However, I am intrigued by the things to come, as well. No matter the technicality of how bad the Wii U is/might be, the games are why I bought. And the games are why I'll continue to enjoy it.

I'm sure Wii U will sell better this year compare to last year due to many games but still it has big competition from PS4 and Xbox one because all of the games coming for Wii U are family/kids oriented mostly with few exceptions is fun to play. However, people who like the matured content, next gen visuals, 3rd party games and exclusives from Sony/Mircrosoft are many. So, its really tough competition for Wii U even though there are games this year, lets see how it turns out this year.
