LOL i love your selective memory, obviously you don't remember when MS said 'first to 10 million wins' and then they stuffed the shelves with over 10 million of stock, over shipping, and then shipped pretty much bugger all for the next 6 months because of it.

Yeah I dont think its as easy as taking a bunch of units to a country and putting them on the market.  With all the voice commands etc required for Kinect to work as advertised, I imagine it could be quite difficult to get all the different dialects and languaged to a point of acceptable functionality.  If they rush it and it dosnt work well, may hurt their long term sales.
