Yeah I dont think its as easy as taking a bunch of units to a country and putting them on the market. With all the voice commands etc required for Kinect to work as advertised, I imagine it could be quite difficult to get all the different dialects and languaged to a point of acceptable functionality. If they rush it and it dosnt work well, may hurt their long term sales.
