Forums - Gaming - Did Microsoft LIE About Xbox One Selling 3 Million?

It worries me that Microsoft may have lied about Xbox One sales. Here's what we know Xbox One sold:

-Around 375k in the UK

-100k in Germany

-38k in Spain (I think)

-Let me know what we have for Australia

-Xbox One is beating the PS4 in Brazil, Mexico, and around tied with the PS4 in the US

Please help us figure this out by looking for the sales in the 13 countries it released

Around the Network

I doubt they would lie about something like this. You could argue they could have done it if they showed numbers after Sony. But they did it before them, so there was really no point in lying.

I say we wait for NPD and go from there. If US sales are really high (like 1.2m+) I can safely believe that number but if they are similar or lower than VGC numbers I will remain very skeptical.

That's what I'm thinking. I'm thinking that december both the ps4 and Xbox One sold 1.2 million

Pezus since you would be better at this than I. What is the ratio of the 360 USA vs EU, because I think they could still be lying if it is 1.2 million in USA.

Edit: D'Oh, I forget November exists...

Don't worry little Toasty. Be happy. Everything's going to be just fine.
