yeah but not all of those 12 million were sold this year. Personally I think 16-18M is the safe bet but then again SOny been surprising us all along. 


I know, it's 12million total from launch last year to the 4th of October this year.

PS4 sold 4.4million by the 31st of December 2013, 7.6 million from 1/1/2014 to 4/10/2014, so another 7.6 million from 4/10/2014 to the end of the year, or 19.6 million units sold total.

Also LOL at people recently trying to predict sales for the end of the year when there's only 2 months left...

To make a fair comparison, best week of Nov/Dec on PS3 first year : 660k ( it was around 500k since 2-3 weeks ) . And that was the PS3 bad year when people called it a flop

 

The same week, Wii did 1,4M and was around 700k every week. 

 

PS4 numbers will probably be near from the Wii  numbers

Its not that i don't believe in PS4 power but 20 millions? is sony capable to produce enough until december 31?

That's why I doubt 20m. I'm not convinced Sony can actually manufacture that many even if they COULD sell them if they did.
