I'm gonna go on the assumption that it's third party cookies. It's not that uncommon actually.
Well most of the problem I imagine is due to server change.
ioi has said he is once more changing to a better server, and I remember last time he gave us a temporary address (vgchartz.co.uk) except it only went to 123reg website.
probably doesn't help having loads (or some/couple/one) of petty arseholes spamming etc.
