Yeah consumers won't see that the demand for the PS4 is much higher.

Ugh. Really NOT looking forward to the whole "3DS is winning!" threads that will no doubt pop up constantly.

It doesn't help that those stacks of ps4 are from a gaf thread, probably all gone by now.

I would say that a mountain of anecdotal evidence shows a trend after a while... No need to be defensive of the xb1, 3 million is good... It's just thatvhaving that many units sitting on the shelves for so long can't be very encouraging for the people at ms.. And their retail partners...

There might be a few threads or comments about it but i cant imagine too many. 

To be fair i dont read comments on this site near as much as i use to for these reasons. 

What i do know is ive not seen a launch quite as impressive as Ps4's launch.  Considering both XBO and PS4 launched side by side stealing each other's customers makes it even more impressive in my opinion.

Hey I don't think either of my threads for PS4 passing it in Europe or the USA had people bring up the 3DS. I think Nintendo fans only have a problem when people say PS4 is doing great.

You're sig about the wii u dominating japan is incorrect on many levels

1. Wii U is selling poorly in japan

2. It's not competing with any next gen system

Launch sales are only brought by the hardcore gamers, after the few 4 months, that's when the real test begins.

Stop photoshopping! All PS4s in existence have been sold out. 

I'd agree with that on some levels.  Maybe 4 months for the counties theyve launched in but both are still launching in other countries to spike sales during those weeks.  But yeah numbers will die down for sure in the countries released thus far.  To then we will see where they stand.

Once PS4 releases in all countries id like someone to make a thread for an aligned launch week for how much it sold worldwide week one.  

Technically week one is at 1.2m?  Cant remember, but worldwide's week one will be O.O

Of course both consoles are doing very well. I'm actually very surprised to hear that the PS4 is making money. Great news for Sony.

I think the real issue for MS so far has been how close the fight is in NA. As far as market share goes Europe is looking like it's going to be a repeat of last gen (or at least close) and Japan will likely follow suit. So if MS can't hold on to the 360s sizable lead in NA (62% market share) than this could be a rough generation for them.
