Wow 47 Ronin flopped hard.

I'm surprised that Thor 2 didnt do better. Its a really good movie. I'm sure they wont be happy with only a 30 million profit for such an investment.

Despicable me 2, made a ton of money. Everybody loves the minions. <3 Film number 3 is all but confirmed.

Minions are totally profitable
47 Ronin has the highest budget and yet revenue is abysmal.
And I'm enraged at the easy money every Paranormal Activity entry is making.
The movie industry is in ruins for me.

I loved 'Saving Mr. Banks.' But it's not a movie with explosions, so it's not going to have amazing revenue. But hey, doing better than it's budget.

I have yet to see Smaug. Just hasn't worked out yet.



 

Really not sure I see any point of Consol over PC's since Kinect, Wii and other alternative ways to play have been abandoned.

Again, this is only domestic. Thor 2 made a TON of money overseas. WW it's at 630m


Ah... thats good to hear. I would love to see a Thor 3 with the same level of quality.
