I used to play a wide variety of games. From race games to platformers.

But i just realised the only games i played the last years were rpg's. Xenoblade, Fallout 3 ( new vegas ), Skyrim.

The rest isn't appealing to me anymore.

Maybe it's because i'm getting older and i have a family and need to be more picky because there isn't too much time. I don't know.

The only games i'm looking forward too are X and Fallout 4.

That's fine, as you grow up you spend less time playing video games. It's important to make priorities and be more picky with your purhcases. Although JRPG's are the worst to play in short sessions. They tend to be pretty long.

That is how i have been starting to feel lately as well

RPGs are an endangered species these times. Might be bad for you.

I used to only play RPGs (tacticals too) but only japanese. Now I also play shooters (real ones, not T/FPS), platformers, and a few indies.

Sounds like a personal problem.

I like the Idea of RPG's but for the reason that I don't have a lot of time to play a bunch of games I avoided them because just 1 of them takes up shit loads of time.

As for FPS' I can pick up, shoot a bunch a people online for like an hour or two and then move on.

Id hate to think what would happen to you if you made the mistake of disclosing you only like fps'
