That's quite a lot to sell, but then again so is 16.7 million.

It's a bitch of a stretch, but it is possible. If it sells an average of 500k per month, that would be 6M in a year (1.3M to go that could be made by the 2014 hollydays boost). It it don't reach the goal, it will be at least at 22M and will beat it in 2015.

24 is too high, probably 20-21m is a safe bet.

What a beast of a game. Im waiting on a GOTY or next gen version as are a lot of people. 24 million seems like a lot by this years end though.
