New US pre order numbers are up for the week ending 1/11.

 

Titanfall gained an additional 2802 pre orders this week over Second Son.

I do hope titanfall sells more, but idk, this doesnt include europe and in europe and world wide the ps4 is dominating xbox one. 48 countries to 13

Well with Infamous selling 2.71 and I2 selling 1.64, it shows a clear decline, that the novelty wore off. However with KZ Shadowfall surprising us, rated worse then 2 and even 3 yet selling faster then them (sigh), then maybe Infamous will do the same. If anything this games biggest wild card is PS4's rapidly climbing instal base.

Now with Titanfall we counting just the X1 version or the 360 version too? Either way is cool, but I think we should do both as a reference.



Xbox: Best hardware, Game Pass best value, best BC, more 1st party genres and multiplayer titles.

I think infamous 2nd son will outsell titanfall EXCLUSIVELY on the xbone. Otherwise no. Infamous 2nd son will outsell titanfall on xbone easily in europe and in america it could be a draw or titanfall might win by a small margin. But it's the euro sales that's gonna be the final punch.

SS will outsell both. There goes your decline theory. They are neck and neck with Ss having an extra week, sony will push it, there is a lot of hype for it on a fast selling console. PS4 will also have a bigger install base.

SS will outsell both.

Thats a given since the user base will be by then severly 

software starved and drooling for a legit new gen exclusive.

I think they'll reach similar pre-orders in US however Titanfall in the US will have an edge during it's first week. In Europe it will be total domination for inFamous so SS will definitely outsell the Xone version and perhaps Xbox version in general depending on legs and increasing installbase.
