I'm discounting the game because it looks like sh*t. Sega acquired Atlus, so it'd be nice if Atlus maybe questioned localizing Yakuza 5. Even though Yakuza 5 might not sell too good, it's sure to sell more than Conception 2 on Vita and 3DS combined.

Anyways. Demon Gaze looks to be good, and then there is Tokyo New World Record which is from the same developer. Tokyo New World Record is currently Japan only, but if Demon Gaze sells well enough, NIS might publish it for the west.
Damn right the Yakuza games are fantastic and Yakuza 5 in particular looked very different. It's such a game that these games didn't take off in US.
