Have you really already forgotten? We were talking about this in a thread literally less than 2 weeks ago. If I cared enough, I would find it. And yes, they were blatant lies because they quoted a number (as of a date) that was higher than even the shipments.

 

I mean that I thought MS were making their numbers look better than they are. This was based on what I said above, personal stories and apparent stock levels. Also, the timing of the 1m+ announcement was beyond weird, you have to admit that.

It is obvious that 1 million announcement was fudge. No way they knew that quick when they launched in 13 territories.

I just explained that to you.

They said 80m October 17th, they shipped 79.4m end of September. What other data is there? I don't remember you or ethomaz proving me wrong.

Day one update. Stop pretending it doesn't exist.

You have any idea what they've shipped do you? To gage stock levels I mean.

Pezus, it's fine if you think they're lying ect, but don't try and reason with it like you have anything to back it up, you have nothing.

Stop responding to propaganda with more propaganda. The number of terrorities isnt relevant, it is the demand within said territories.

it's illegal for Microsoft to lie about sales and misinform investors. This article is bullshit. If Microsoft sold under 3 million Microsoft would have said 'Xbox One sold around 3 million'

I do find it odd that many of the insiders at GAF over the course of last year started sharing negative rumours about MS in particular...most of them turning out to be wrong.

Alot of those guys had REALLY good track records prior to this year...so i dont blame MS fans for calling bullshit for every negative MS rumour that comes from GAF.

Also, is this really worth debating over? I mean does anyone care if the correct number is 2.9 million? This might have been interesting if the sales were close between PS4/Xbone but they are over a million apart.

I get that a lot of the rumours have been wrong coming from GAF but most of those negative MS rumours came from CBOAT...who had a pretty good insider track record prior to this year. That comment would be better suited for him...although it seems like hes only been trolling the last year. Otherwise hes had a near 100% track record on GAF..compared to other guys like Thuway who has been banned multiple times for leaking wrong info XD

Thuway, FM and CBOAT, all as bad as each other imo :) I'm not saying they don't catch on somtimes, they obviously do.

My issues is with people blindly beliving these people.

If shipments are 3.2m of under it's likely they didn't ship 3m. But they obviously haven't got yield issues so 3.5m+ shipped is a possibility. If that's the case all we have to determined sales is trackers.
