halfing joking... in grey market it probably done a lot better than 8k, in official sellings of the PS4k probably haven't got to 10k yet.

for Nintendo and Sony. Even with low price X360 took 4 years to catch Wii and another year to outsold it. (and many price cuts)

We have a good taste... If Ninty hadn't backstabbed Sony in 93 or so (I bet they still regret it) we would have Ninty domination for all generations ever and we would need one less plat to have ALL the good console games... A ninty + sega console and you are good for life.
