Still want to hear from Sony and Microsoft for their end year totals as well.  With the quarter already over and earnings reports due at the beginning of next month, think this months NPD will be the last look we get for last years numbers.


why on earth would Nintendo make a press release saying the WiiU reached 5 million? unless its the Quarter earnings they wont say it reached that figure. "hey people, WiiU sold 5 million 9 months after we said it would reach 5.5 million!".

Those PS3 sales are still strong. It doesn't surprise me. In my supermarket, I have checked the consoles stacks during december and can confirm that PS3 really sold impressively well, almost sold out, compared to Wii U and X360.

Vita is doing really great in Japan and Europe. Now people can make a thread explaining that Vita sold better in Europe than Wii U and X1 lol. Unless if they update the X1 numbers up, again...

But in Europe X1 is sold out in many places when Vita is not so there is that.

with these numbers it looks like they both started producing about one and a half week before i assumed
