Forums - Nintendo - What game should Nintendo release on the Wii U next?

Which game do you want to see on Wii U?

Metroid! 36 26.28%

F-Zero! 9 6.57%

StarFox! 16 11.68%

Eternal Darkness! 6 4.38%

Wave Race! 3 2.19%

EarthBound! 6 4.38%

Pokemon! 6 4.38%

Fire Emblem! 6 4.38%

New IP! 19 13.87%

All of the above ;) 29 21.17%

Total:136

I say release the two other EarthBound games for Virtual Console. MOTHER (Use the unreleased NES version) and MOTHER 3 (GBA) for the Virtual Console (They said they will release GBA games on the Wii U VC)

Then for a completly new IP for a upcoming game.

nice

The upcoming game, X, is an RPG. Wii U could use Fire Emblem or a Pokemon RPG for late 2014 or early 2015.

Endless Ocean 3. In 1080p. With Wii U Gamepad controls. It makes so much sense it's practically ridiculous.

Oh Cheebee, how you read my mind!

Also, they could make it into a Waverace crossover so as to finally give players a reason to have fun above the water's surface. Just do it already Nintendo.

Nintendo Network ID: Cheebee   3DS Code: 2320 - 6113 - 9046

A Mario Football game would be nice. :)

why settle for one when you can chose all of the above?

    R.I.P Mr Iwata :'(

F-zero with online.

That Nintendoland game REALLY got me wanting a true F-zero game on Wii U. But in typical Nintendo fashion, I'm sure they'll just let it go, and move onto the next intriging mini game, which will make me want a fully fleshed out version of THAT, and the cycle repeats..

attack on titan rpg

Greatest quote I've heard all day! All of the above is a great choice, but sadly unrealistic...

As far as what they should make their next big announcement, I say a game with mass appeal that focuses on the Gamepad as an integral component; a new IP (the same way the "Wii series" was new) that has no connection with Mario or any other established characters. Something that shows that Nintendo had a specific vision of distinct gameplay in mind when they designed the console as it is.
