Most people are limited in their understanding. A trailer, ad or commercial of a game has to show images from the game or else it's "weird shit"

I lost it at the first scene, when the girl leaves the guy has no expression on his face and his wave + it sounds like he's saying go. Then in a few seconds he's crying.

It's a Japanese commercial aimed at their culture. In that regard, the ad is fine.

I Don't get, we areadly saw japannese ads 10x more messed up. This will not make any eye blink there ;)
