"Gunman Clive has sold more than 250,000 copies across all platforms, with the majority of sales accumulated from the Nintendo 3DS version of the action game. Developer Bertil Hörberg recently announced the milestone via Twitter, adding that Japanese sales of the title were also “very good.” Gunman Clive has been available on 3DS since January 2013, and it costs $1.99 to download from the Nintendo eShop."

Like the title says. I think this is ridiculously impressive for a game that is so small in scale. I bought it a while ago and enjoyed it a lot. For only $2 it is a great buy. This also gives us some idea of how many digital copies have sold of other games that are close in the charts on eshop. Do you think this is impressive for this game?

I saw the dev's sales graph on N****F. Looks like eShop sales are in the 170-200k range, all regions combined.

I seriously doubt the developer would lie about how many sales were made.

But that fits with what the dev is saying.

The 3D effect is awesome! The art style also! simple, fun, chalenging(in some modes). I just miss more stages.
I think is the best cost/benefit in the 3DS eshop certainly!

Witch other platforms this game was launched?

Nice, I bought the game myself, but it was really short I beat it in like 1 hour!

iOS, Android, Mac (app store), and PC (Steam releases is out next week)

Have it on 3DS. It's good but not overwhelming :P
The sales are really impressive though!

I just bought it last night on the eshop and I havent tired it out yet. I heard it was good. Glad to hear its doing so well on the eshop.
