The last handheld Kirby game I played was Squeak Squad, if this game is anything like that then Ill pick it up.

It's been a while since I played a modern Kirby game. The last two I played were Nightmare on Dreamland and Superstar Ultra.

This looks good so I will likely be picking this up.

Why does Kirby looks so damn adorable all the time... like wtf... give someone a chance you cute ball with a face!!!

I loved Super Star Ultra on the DS, and something about this one reminds of Kirby 64 that I played way back when. I might have to keep tabs on this. Hopefully I've made a dent in my backlog when it comes out...

I really want to play this but my 3DS backlog is getting crazy. Hopefully they show more of that fighting mini-game soon. It looks interesting. Maybe a little slow paced compared to a Smash Bros but it also doesn't look like you're trying to knock the other player off screen so it might balance out.

Is this the first multiplayer Kirby game that lets you battle people with Kirby copy abilities?

I always had a suspicion that most Smash Bros characters have some sort of special moves or attacks that originated from Kirby's copy abilities forms. For example, Wing/Bird Kirby from Kirby Super Star has a flying jump instead of Kirby's normal floating jump. Metaknight and Kid Icarus' jumps or special B Up are like this too. And Luigi's Green missile Pikachu's Skull bash are like Jet Kirby's rocket moves(?) in Super Star as well. The most obvious one may be Ninja Kirby and Sheik, though.

Kirby fighters look like the most brilliant thing to come in a Kirby game for years!!!!!!!! This alone made me want to get the games. heck they could even create a full fledged game out of it!!!

Nobody else hyped for this mode??
