actually that would be a great idea for the sequel.

Part of the reason Suda 51's games have such a distinct artistic style is that Grasshopper uses a form of Cell Shading hides lower polygon and texture detail; as a result of this his games are inexpensive even by Wii standards, which means that the game becomes profitable off of very low sales.
No More Heroes is on track to being Suda's most popular (and best selling) game ever and there is a lot of reasons for Marvelous Interactive to celebrate.

its an anomaly!!! OMG OMG
| ZenfoldorVGI said: Yep, Kotaku just picked up this story in their own cynical Wii-hater way, they think it's good news. Some of their posters claim this title would have sold millions on the 360, but then there are places in the world like the Badeu Center for retards along those lines, so no need to worry. On a side note. I think this game had its best chance to sell on the Wii or PS3, and not the 360, simply because there are so many games on the other systems along the more adult line that they would have overshadowed NMH, while instead, being on the Wii, it is one of the only adult options atm, so more people picked it up. Similar to why DMC sold so well on the PS3 in Japan compared to the PS2 sales, despite the hugely smaller userbase. |
I'd say the commentos are way more out of touch then the people running the site. It's like troll haven there... What happened to Kotaku? It use to be a nice place to visit....
Anyway that's the last time I'll bring that up..
Prepare for termination! It is the only logical thing to do, for I am only loyal to Megatron.

Well it's obviously store preorders if you ask me. Still good sales numbers for such a niche game.

the vampire inside me is delighted hehe |
That says that it isnt censored because its the same as the Japanese version, as there isnt any blood... So, in my mind it is censored when compared to the American version
I'm unsure whether I dislike the censored version. At first I thought it would be horrible without the blood, but it kind of looks like you're playing some kind of weird arcade game. I'd still prefer a choice to play it censored or not, being over 18 should reap all the priviliges possible >_>
