So I thought this might be a fun idea, tell people what the highest price you'd be willing to pay for every next gen system is. Doesn't matter if the price is under, over or the same as the retail price, just try to give reasons please. I'll start:
PS4: 300€ The next gen system I'm most likely to buy, the prospect of new games from ND and other exclusives like Second Son and The Order, plus the best version of most multiplats and probably the best JRPG support as well, makes this system very exciting for me. Problem is I don't play as many games anymore as I used to so 400€ is nothing I'd pay for a system.
Xbox One: 200€ The kinect and multimedia features don't really grab me, multiplats will probably be a bit worse than on the PS4 and MS exclusives only have me semi interested (and yes I've seen Titanfall, Sunset Overdrive interests me most), JRPG support will probably be worse than the PS4s as well. Still the system will have good third part support and you never know what MS might have up their sleeve.
Wii U: 125€ There are 3 games on the system that interest me: Smash, X and the next Zelda. Third party support is meager and I don't see it getting better. I'd probably not get more than 10 games for the system during its lifetime.
3DS: 75€ Decisively the best handheld in my opinion, still I hardly ever play handhelds anymore. Pokemon, Zelda and a couple other games have me intrigued but other than that I'd rarely ever use it.
PS Vita: 40€ I know that sounds harsh, but to me the Vita is pointless. Most games on it are available on PS3 anyway and the few games exclusive to it don't particularly interest me, the only game on it that I'd like to play is Persona 4 Golden. I can see that some people are excited by the PS4 streaming ability, but to me that is just a feature I wouldn't use.
