I checked on tuesday last week because a friend of mine is trying to buy the game, and again today and the game is still sold out, and the resellers are asking for a higher price. Is harder for us that don't live in USA to buy games in other stores because they don't accept our credit cards.
Did they miscalculated the demand?

Because we don't live in USA and best buy don't ship to our country, that is why we use amazon.com, they receive cards from all the world and ship to almost anywhere. Is a pain in the butt, if we try to buy it in our country legally it costs 83-85 U$, bring in it from USA costs around 66-70 U$.
I think Nintendo has been reducing supply of their physical/retail games because they want to "encourage" (*cough* force *cough*) people to buy the digital versions.
