Well look at the games on his "currently playing" list. All JRPGs. He probably won't want a PS4 until Kingdom Hearts 3 and FFXIV come out.

The titles in his collection are a lot of Japanese stuff as well.

He may have stopped playing them as well judging the OP's post. 

I think he may have lost interest in japanese games as well.

This PS4 on ebay just ended for $560 with a game.

PS, i have had my PS4 since the 30th of november, and have only played 25 minutes of assassins creed iv.. That's it.

Been there, done that. Trust me when I say this. You WILL come back to gaming. Everyone goes through what you're going through. Unless you just need the cash right now, I'd just go find something else to do and use it as a media player. When the time comes, you'll thank yourself for holding onto it.

mines gone to waste aswell it hasnt been used for over a week now mainly b/c of COD ghosts MP, beat the game and even platinumed it thought i would get a few 100 hrs of good solid MP out of it like i did with past CODs till more games release next yr but i was wrong the MP is trash also tried NFS rivals another great franchise ruined

so i hooked up the ps3 and been playing uc3 MP all maps are free now i guess that and tlou DLC will keep me occupied till more games release aint interested in any other ps4 games now waiting for dying light, evil within and gta5 to release on it

was the same way for ps3 too bought it in summer 07 was playing ps2 games on it till early/mid 08 atleast with that i had B/C and didnt have to hook another system up

I went through a similar phase a few years back. Didn't play any games of feel the need to for over a year, when I finally returned I felt refreshed and ready to game.

Then I guess you need to quit gaming forever then. (There's probably not much we can do on our side to help you out so I wish the very best in your endeavors for the rest of your future.) 

You might want to pack up and leave gaming altogether so don't forget to create a thread showing that you will be departing from this community. 

Oh and don't forget to sell your PS4.

Its not you, its the ps4, it simply has no compelling games, knack and killzone LOL. If it had games worth playing you would feel different.
