Lmao.  Theres your proof that even if the Wii U only sells 30 million, Nintendo will still make more profits then Sony and Microsoft.   Install base of 4.5 million and they sell 2.55 million.   PS3 has an install base of 80 million and NSMBU has already outsold Resistance 2 &3, Killzone 3, Ratchet and Clank,Infamous 2, and God of War Ascension.   At the rate that Sony sells software, they are going to either go broke or start making 3rd parties pay out more of their earnings.

It sells that much, because there was no games to buy till 3d World hit the stores.

Even I bought it because of that reason. And it sucked, I wished I hadn't wasted 60EU on it. It's like I bought a SNES mario game all over again after 20 years...

 

And dunno why you post this, since same site post that Killzone sold 459k in november, and NSMBU only 313k. So Mario is loosing here.

NSMBU has over two million in sales. ;)

To be fair, it's not like any other Ps4 exclusive would compete with Killzone... WHile, quality wise, it seems like a much better game than Ryse and Dead Rising, Forza is probably of better quality (review wise). However I'm happy for Killzone. It's a great franchise, just not AAA status great. Here's hoping that Killzone goes out on a high note to let Guerilla work on other stuff.

But VGC is confirmed undertracking Xbox One. Microsoft have given figures for Xbox One. VGC is undertracking. Also. The EU numbers for Forza 5 are actually wrong. There was also all the day 1 Forza 5 preorder bundles for day 1 that were digital copies. That wont have been tracked by NPD or Chart Track.

So yeah WW is probably closer to 650 - 700,000 first month for Forza 5.

 

Otherwise your saying Forza 5 is overtracked by 200,000. Not a chance.

So yes it does look like KZ is the best selling exclusive.

Congrats to GG and Sony. There isnt as many options at launch for exclusives on Sonys console though. Not as many as Xbox One. But its still good none the less.

I wasnt meaning to derail the thread, I was just confused with the data when Forza 5 was confirmed to be more than what the OP has for KZ. Why I couldnt bring up VGC KZ data is beyond me.

I predict Wii market share to dip drastically, P.S.4 + Xbox1 will pull ahead very soon

Forza is overtracked

Forget the post. I couldnt find VGC KZ numbers.

But Microsoft posted figures showing Xbox One undertracked. So chances are its not overtracked. Dont forget Forza 5 had digital day 1 bundles in EU also which wont be accounted for on NPD/Charttrack.

I am not sure if Digital are included. So far on the NPD thread they had Xbox One attach rate at 2.1 including Digital.

And some guys "leaked" information stating that KZ was the highest Exclusive on both Xbox One and PS4 at 270k. Also on "leaked" information they said that Dead Rising 3 was the best selling exclusive for Xbox One.

I am still waiting for official numbers, but it looks like the guys who leaked the information from what I see other people saying, have good track record.

It looks like VGC has overtrack everything. Even the PS4 seems to be overtracked by 110 K in the US if those "leaked" information are true.
