there is some good fps games out there its just recent ones are garbage literally probably because they are being overdone to death.
I would go with Killzone. If you liked BF3 you will prob like 4 but if you didn't like 3 you won't like 4. 2, 2142, and BC2, IMO are way better than 3 and 4. Also it does not work right, and it screams rushed. CoD is more of the same. KZ singleplayer is much much better, and it is legitimately hard on hard mode. Overall, I would say none of these 3 are outstanding though to be honest.
wait until we hack the console so we can play DOOM and Unreal Tournament =D
Killzone = average SP but AMAZING MP
CoD = Good SP and Great MP
BF4 = Stay away no matter what
Killzone and Battlefield both have teh 30 fps, but CoD has teh 60 fps! 60 is teh best fps!!!!111!!!1!1!

Honestly though, I have only played Killzone, and it has been fun. Everyone says it is a generic shooter, but to me they are all generic shooters. I will eventually get around to installing BF4 so that I can compare. There has been too much negative press about BF4 crashing, so I have been waiting for EA / DICE to release a patch.
Once they patch BF4, it will shit on the other 2 from an enormous hight.

Yes those are all good games BUT still compared to GOldeneye 64 AND Perfect Dark...NONE of them even compare lol. And I like a lot of those games you mentioned!

Yea I agree Goldeneye and Perfect Dark are masterpeices.
Pretty sure it's all personal preference, but as a guy that owns every CoD, I wouldn't recommend Ghosts to even people I hate the most. The level design in the MP is an embarrassment. It's like they forgot that they made it 6v6 players. Also the writing in the campaign cements my belief that 12 year olds hyped up on mountain dew and shitty Hollywood action flicks write Infinity Ward's CoD plots.
BF4 is nice and all when it actually works. MP just shits itself every few minutes or so at least for me and my mate on the PC. Maybe it runs better on PS4? Highly doubt it. The campaign is as bad as it was in BF3. Riddled with cliches and ham-fisted action set pieces.
Can't comment on KZ as my PS4 hasn't arrived yet. I hear it's just a chore to play through the campaign but that the MP is what somewhat redeems it.
