Yes but who will sell more in the holiday months? That's what MS cares about. When they won Nov 2009 NPD and then lost Dec 2009 NPD, MS grouped them together and bragged about winning the holidays instead in there Dec PR statement. I wonder what reasons they will give to scapegoat this time around..

So they sold more during the holidays, said they did and still get criticized? Ok.

Instead of seeking to convince others, we can be open to changing our own minds, and seek out information that contradicts our own steadfast point of view. Maybe it’ll turn out that those who disagree with you actually have a solid grasp of the facts. There’s a slight possibility that, after all, you’re the one who’s wrong.

Just the fact we are speculating who will win the next month is a win for SONY. Many of us, me included, thought the US was gonna be THE xbox territory for the entire next gen. Some even bet real many on it.

thanks for telling us that marty mcfly.

Hype doesn't always translate, and MS had a pretty big advantage in the U.S. Running even would nullify MS's only real strength, I'd take that any day as a Sony fan lol

If that happen then Sony take back the market share they lost in US

But why did you thing Xbone will win in NPD December?

Considering the 17M console deficit and US market share of last gen, this is a definite win for Sony. After all, that's what Xbox fans said for years in the PS3/360 gen about the PS2 to PS3 market share difference. These next few years are going to be fun! :)
