Where did you live? Because here (Brazil) the PSN on PS4 is a bit faster than the PSN on PS3... to connect for exemple after the logo screen it alredy shows connected to PSN... tophies updates is so fast (seconds) vs close to minutes on PS3.

I little more speed would be nice, especially with things like what's new

But I haven't had any problems with my PS4 whatsoever
