Why is AC4 on every list but Wii U and PC?

Especially Wii U, I mean the PC, 360, ps3 lists are much larger than Wii U list, so why would they not add AC4 to it?

I don't really understand the bashing of what other people think were the best games. Don't agree? Just make your own list. If this was something other than just random people on individual websites, okay, but that's exactly what it is.

Guacemelee PS3 GOTY and Tales of Xillia is no where to be seen...Not even Gran Turismo 6 is on the list.  Kinda weird GoW Ascension and GoW Judgement are no where to be seen, imo they should do exclusive awards then do a multiplatform award.

I could understand it being missing from PC if there are 10 games better than it.  But why not add it to the WIi U list and make that list 6?

Yeah it maybe that they only chose 5 for the next-gen systems as their current libaries are small
