Why is AC4 on every list but Wii U and PC?

Especially Wii U, I mean the PC, 360, ps3 lists are much larger than Wii U list, so why would they not add AC4 to it?

Both those systems have much better games, the other systems don't so it is included

only 5 games are listed for Wii U, while PS3/360/PC all have 10.

I could understand it being missing from PC if there are 10 games better than it.  But why not add it to the WIi U list and make that list 6?

I notice all current gen systems Wii U, PS4, One, 3DS, Vita only have 5 games listed each.  Wonder if that is due to One/PS4 having such small game selection to choose from so they restricted them to 5 and then let last gen 360/ps3 have 10.

Yeah it maybe that they only chose 5 for the next-gen systems as their current libaries are small
