Describe what gaming can become in the future, how you play a game, how you interact, how do you play?

Without VGX, for starters.

Mobile in one form or another. Even if not in the cloud I would imagine it won't be too long before mobile devices will have enough power to stream a high quality 1080p+ image to your TV. Control interface is going to be interesting though.

I'll be a little surprised if this isn't the last generation of home consoles, at least in their current form.

one of the standarts of gaming industry is the improvment of graphics, and stabilished a patters of joypad(motion gaming didnt substitute it). i think the patter joypad will continue. Graphic-wise, we are now reaching the photorealism, so, i think that we wont need more graphis at certain point.
home consoles will no more exist, small devices (handhelds/phones/tablets/joysticks) will have more power than enough to do graphics better than ps5 in 4k and 60 fps. Home consoles would be only a dongle to plug in your tv that only transmit the data from the handheld/joystic.(or built in on the tvs)
In this future, nintendo would no more be late graphic-wise, but the lack of thirdie parties will continue. (seems more cultural than anything), but they will survive due to the merging of home-handheld consoles.
