I'll give credit where credit is due ... this past week I've seen about five Wii U commercials, which is more than I've seen in the previous year combined. 

And not just on "kids channels". I've the Andre Agassi Wii Sports Club spot the most, even on sports channels (well I guess that would make sense).

Also saw the "family time is dropping" kids-parents spot during the Saturday Night Live Christmas special (an honest to goodness prime time TV show for grown ups! I had to rewind on my PVR because I almost couldn't believe it). 

So they are marketing the thing at least. Guess we'll see if in November NPD it paid off or not. 

The Andre Agassi/Stefi Graff Wii Sports Club commercial is the best commercial Nintendo has done for the system by the way ... it still appeals to adults while having a fun punch line with the kid at the end. If only they had more commercials like that right from launch. 

Oh I know! Within the past few days I've seen a wii u ad almost every break. Sometimes they even fit two right next to each other.

I've noticed this also, good job Nintendo.

I've seen more Wii U commercials than X1+PS4 combined I think.

weird it feels like i see 20 Long xbox one sommercials every day. Funny that they never show ingame graphics, but ps4 doesnt show either. Wii u is the only console where they Show ingame footage, the others just show bluff.

Is the Andre Agassi TV spot made by Nintendo's European marketing division?

It seems like NOA/Nintendo Canada are using it here (at least Nintendo Canada is for sure).

They should have used those Penelope Cruz/sister spots here too.

I've seen more then 10 commercials for Xbox One (lost count)

about 2 for Ps4

and like 5 for Wii U

I've seen the DR3 trailer a lot! Wonder how much they've spent

Mainly saw most on Sky sports.

I saw it first listed as a UK ad. But it's also run in Belgium. So it looks to be from NOE in a whole.

It looks like its the first NOE spot to get played in the West. 

Though the girl at the end and her parents are clearly American, so maybe it was made by the Euro marketing division. 

The celebrity + kid mix seems to work great for Nintendo though, I think their marketing should should move in that direction.
