I don't think any gaming company should be ignored.  If Nintendo is making problems, I would expect people to talk about it, how else is the company going to learn from their mistakes?  Same goes for Microsoft and Sony, I mean, Look at the huge backlash Microsoft got after the x1 reveal.  They took that to heart and changed.  Hopefully, Nintendo will show the same capability in the future and make changes where needed to make sure their product can do what they want it to do while at the same time actually appealing to the consumer.  Right now, I don't think the wii u qualifies in either of those categories...
