lol never got that message.

Sure that it's not just malware or a virus ?
Other than that there might be a loose RAM bar or maybe a defective one. (though I think you should get a blue screen at startup if it's defective)

Most motherboards has multiple RAM slots. Try putting the memory in one of the other slots and see if the problem persists. Also try with only 1 of the memory pieces at a time and if there is a problem with one of them, you will know which. If it doesnt matter which slot they are in and u still get the problem, then it might be your motherboard :)

Download this: http://www.memtest.org/#downiso

Then Burn it into a Dvd/CD or make a bootable USB and boot from it and run the tests for like an hour or so... If there is a RAM issue... this should catch it...

But I do think it might be a virus... Try using task manager and see how much RAM ur PC is using or see which program is using the most amount of memory, Also turn off Windows Indexing service cause that usually takes up a lot of Memory

PC Specs: CPU: 7800X3D || GPU: Strix 4090 || RAM: 32GB DDR5 6000 || Main SSD: WD 2TB SN850

You need to download some more.

First thing you should do is back up everything you own before it stops working completely

Then back up the data without using Windows. Either use a bootable backup program or an other OS or put the harddrive into a working system.

I always have Ubuntu on a bootable USB stick with me for computer emergencies.

I would hazard a guess you need to increase the page file size. (Which in turn will need more Hard Drive space.)

It would help greatly however if you provided system specifications like Memory amount, OS type, Processor type and speed etc'.
Also download CCleaner and disable some crap from booting with Windows that you don't need, wouldn't hurt to do a system clean and a registry fix either.

Also ignore the "Download More Ram" link.

Also this is a better Ram tester: http://hcidesign.com/memtest/
No need to deal with .iso's and such. Just open multiple instances if greater than 2Gb of Ram is in your PC.
