I'll provide an example.  You make your own!  I'll provide a list of shit mons at the end of the post.  

Dunsparce

Type: Normal  

Ability: Serene Grace / Run Away Hidden Ability: Rattled

HP: 100  Attack: 70  Defense: 70  Special Attack: 65  Special Defense: 65  Speed: 45

Design:  This guy was inspired by the Japanese cryptid snake called the Tsuchinoko.  The snake is to be posionous and able to curl up and leap into the air.  He also seems to have the characteristics of the supernatual deity of the Feathered Serpent from Mesoamerican religions.  

Redeeming qualitites:  His best stat is HP and the only decent moves are Glare (like Thunder Wave but can paralyze Electric types), Coil (raises Attack + Defense + Accuracy), and Roost (50% healing).  All its abilities are trash minus Serene Grace (status cure when switched).

How to improve:  If this guy was to evolve I see him having a tanking / bulky role.  His typing / abilities should be changed to better reflect his mythos as well in my opinon.  

Dunsago

Type: Fairy / Posion (Dunsparce changed to Fairy)

Abilities:  Serene Grace  Hidden Ability: Levitate

HP: 140  Attack: 100  Defense: 100  Special Attack: 90  Special Defense: 90  Speed: 60 

New Moves: Play Rough, Moonblast, Charm, Sludge Bomb, Gunk Shot, Posion Tail, Toxic Spikes

Why Fairy / Posion?  Many people were dead set this guy was going to become Fairy this gen.  Posion cause he's a snake and Coil is a posion type move anyhow.

This unique typing (4x resistance to fighting and bug, immunity to dragons), with decent defense, with Roost for recovery would make this an excellant set-up Tank with Coil.  Coil works well with Gunk Shot and Play Rough to increase their accuracy to 100%.  Could also make it into a Bulky Attacker with Assualt Vest (+50% more Special Defense but must only use attacking moves).  Get rid of the 2 useless abiliteis and add Levitate to nullify Ground based moves.

Smeargal is legit bro.  One of the best sucide leads.  Focus Sash with Hazards and Magic Bounce?

In previous gens he was also used readily as a Shell Smash baton passer.

Mega Alakazam evolves into MEGA-MEGA Alakazam with higher HP and the sturdy ability.
