Seriously, that's only good for sending packages to the country. For a city with its big buildings, that's useless. So the question is, is that transport method cheaper than paying the courier?

I can see this being *great* for things like Amazon deliveries and what not, but I can also see this being *horrible* for people's privacy. All it would take is a federal law mandating all delivery drones to have cameras equipped, and be recording everything 24/7, with a requirement that the government is allowed to seize the footage at will. Basically, there would be no privacy anymore.
That law is so going to happen, if it's not being talked about in D.C. already.


Yeah. This ain't gonna work right. For a few reasons besides the whole shooting and privacy. What if you have a simple rain hood at your door. Will the drone drop your package off in your backyard? What if your yard has a hood too and a umbrella table. Power lines, trees ETC. My backyard has all these things. And my front door. I wonder if they save money by just hiring 30 min truck drivers. Over repair and mantianace.
