Another country, another record. It does seem Amazon over estimated One sales, as they said it would set a new record until the PS4 was released. PSP was able to hold its record til the PS4.

they said it would set the record until the ps4 released and broke the one X1 set. Also, they werent relevant for the PSP launch so it excluded that system.

Given sell rates that would then mean probably 100k for xb1 this week.

Did they say they were only talking about home consoles?  I thought they were talking all together.  Either way, do you know if there was a home console that sold between 150K and 185K?  Just seems like something the PS2 would have been able to do.  Could be wrong.

Actually, I found it. The PS2 did 165K. So the Xbox One definitely didn't set any UK records. 

Edit:  PS3 also did 165K in the UK.  Looks like Sony has just been reclaiming the record for themselves gen after gen.

ouch. So about 20% less than we all thought it sold.

But wow, ps4 outsold it by 66%
