im tagging to see what NikkoM will say.

Some mobile games are good, but they will never offer the gameplay depth of PC/console gaming. the thing is most mobile devs are trying to emulate console/pc games when it comes to gameplay. they try to make it work. they try to make CoD clones when it will never really work. instead of making deep experiences using simple gameplay mechanices that mobiles only offer, they try make complicated games work with the limted input that mobile offers.

we good see games like heavy rain and to the moon on mobile, and if they are done right and priced right they could be big. but mobile devs just want to make the next angry birds are try to make a CoD mobile clone

sorry i never interested on those cheap and simple contents games before so no further comment...

After playing Dead Trigger, mobile gaming isn't that bad in my eyes. Very fun game and easy to control.

1-3. They aren't real games

1. I like actual controls. Touch screen gaming is neat, but not as the ONLY input device you have.

2. Most mobile games, as evidenced by the slew of crap I saw on my friend's Ouya, are very cheaply made, BADLY made, cash-in crap-fests, or shoddy flash-style browser type games. Not ALL of them are like this, of course, but most I've seen are.

3. They're not the same thing as actual video games made for video game consoles/pc. Mobile download games are designed on purpose to be played in short bursts while people are out somewhere, or waiting for something. They're not the same, nor anything approaching the same quality, as well made console/portable/pc games.
