Difference may not be as big as some ps fans make it out to be but the difference is there. Its nothing like last gen where games were literally identical except for different gamma.

I switch between my pc and console all the time and the difference is huge.

Xbox One games have better color and smoother game play. PS4 games have better resolution. by next year both systems will look identicle

Just changed my PS3 homes screen from 1080p to 720p.  I noticed a difference but if I didn't do it myself, I'd never have known.  It wasn't that drastic.  Of course, I changed it back!  1080p is better but it's not that big of a deal.

the difference in some titles IS very big actually

here's an example from Ghosts



AC4 looks almost as bad...its just that some people don't notice things like anti-aliasing, shimmering and other blatant graphical problems on games very much (one of the main things that separated PC games from console games this gen)

To actually address the op, you seem to be looking at just the color and sharpness of the image. These have nothing to do with the consoles' capabilities. Your TV should have no problem getting the PS4 image to look practically identical to the XBOX image just by messing with the colors and sharpness. You could also change some tv settings and get the XBOX image to look closer to the PS4 image.

Battlefield 4 you can see the PS4 is sharper and have way less aliasing... BTW people are having issues to snipe in BF4 for Xbone because the lower resolution.

ac is 900 on xbox and 1080 on ps4

battlefield is 720 on xbox and 900p on ps4

?? Bullcrap you make this up yourself? PS4 games also have higher resolution. They wont look identical next year either, the gap is preyy big.
