Seriously? Wouldn't it make more sense to use a screenshot from BF4 that's looking over the enviornment? Once again, you're using cherry picked screens. |
I did use a BF4 screen looking over the environment, showing scale.
Let's use a screen you picked:

Versus:

I will vote no, but still think the graphics in all Battlefield games has been top notch.

BF4 is arguably the best looking 7th gen game. The pop up is what hurts the presentation. |
Are you sure about that?
Does BF4 look better than this 7th gen game?

lol, why use a pre-rendered cut-scene to show off what many people consider one of the best looking PS3 games? Just show gameplay.
And nah, BF4 doesn't look great on last gen consoles and compared to Ryse or Killzone Shadow Fall it doesn't look stand out as particularly amazing looking.

Yeah. You could have used better screenshots of BF4 as well. I mean use a picture that shows off the enviorment. That shot of Uncharted you chose happens to be the most impressive scene in Uncharted 3 and there is nothing going on in it. God of War has a fixed camera and less going on. |
God of War doesn't have a fixed camera since that'd imply it has static camera angles, it has an automated dynamic camera that contantly follows you and adjusts the angle for the best view, there's a huge difference and according to the developers it doesn't give them much or any visual advantage.
And less going on? There's almost every graphical effect you can think of, huge vistas, intricate details and tons of on-screen enemies. You even climb around a 2000 foot tall character overlooking a massive vista whilst fighting many small enemies and it still looks amazing...

What does BF4 do? Some destructable environments whilst looking slightly above average with little to no advanced effects, worse textures, worse lighting, sub-720p, lower framerate and more noticeable aliasing? Doesn't seem to be much going on and it's utterly blown away by a 3.5 year old game which is also the studios 1st 7th gen game, BF4 isn't close to the best looking games last gen, it's nothing special on current gen consoles either but it does at least look nice on them.
BF4 looks really good and considering what it is doing is impressive. 64 players, full destruction, large scale warfare all at 60fps.

Why show a screenshot of a cutscene?
