Then I'd tell them that the OLDER 20GB and 60GB are now discontinued, but we do have the NEWER 40GB and 80GB versions.... with 60GB still available in OB

No you say there's two models of the new one, one with 40GB of storage the other with 80GB, both no longer have BC, and only the 80GB has the 4 USB ports and the media card slots.

Maxwell , you are lying to your customers. The 80 GB has BC. I seriously hope you haven't told anyone the ps3 doesn't have bc , because you could be causing people not to get one just because you didn't know.

Well, it's good that you're doing that then. I think I'd personally just tell them what was in stock at the store, as these people who didn't know anout them in the first place, wouldn't be as likely to go hunting for them.

Well, Customers need education, so I always explain to them about 20 and 60GB also, so they know what's going on with the current on, so they can compare.

the 20GB/40GB/60GB/80GB and I think they had a different 60GB for Europe.
