I have to agree with you on that. The only new song from that game that I love is Midna's Lament, all other new songs are just "meh".

Paper Mario had one of my favorite game soundtracks, especially the Tubba Blubba battle theme.

Really? I can think of at least a few more excellent pieces. However, the soundtrack is possibly the most ambient in the history of the Zelda series (something I like, but others may not).
